Pioneer Declares One-Time Special Cash Dividend of $1.37 Per Share

Fort Lee, NJ, September 6, 2019 / PRNewswire /– Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPSI) (“Pioneer” or the “Company”), a company engaged in the manufacture, sale and service of electrical transmission, distribution and on-site power generation equipment, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a one-time special cash dividend of $1.37 per share.

The dividend will be paid on October 7, 2019 to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2019.
